FAQ

1. How long does it take until I receive my flowers?

All orders placed before 10:30 am EST will get delivered the next day unless specified otherwise. However all orders placed after 10:30 am will take 2 business days to get delivered. (For example: Orders placed on Monday after 10:30 a.m will be delivered on Wednesday) 

If you require same day delivery, please call (647) 671-9910 and we will do our best to accommodate urgent same day orders.

2. Can I choose a specific date and time for my flowers to be delivered? 

Yes! We do accept customized delivery dates and times. All you need to do is to specify it on the note section of your order or contact us at (647) 671-9910 or email us at info@amberflowers.ca and we'll do our best to arrange it. 

3. What are your operation hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m to 7 p.m and deliver during those hours. We are closed during all statutory holidays and on Sundays. We can however make exceptions on some orders. 

For example, while we do make deliveries on Sundays, if there is a holiday the following Monday, please contact us at (647) 671-9910 or email info@amberflowers.ca and we'll do our best to accommodate a Sunday delivery.

4. Can I add a gift to my flower?

Yes! We can add your requested gift/gifts to the flowers you order. Please contact us at  (647) 671-9910 or email us at info@amberflowers.ca and we'll do our best to arrange it.

5. How does your floral subscription program work? 

Our subscription program contains three different delivery options (Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly).In this program we deliver a different arrangement of seasonal flowers to your door. You will then have the option to choose from a variety of vases and flower themes. After you place your order we will contact you within 24hrs and will discuss your choices and options.

6. Do you supply restaurants, hotels and special events?

7. Do you design flowers for birthday parties or other similar events?

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you have 2 hours after you order to cancel it or change it by emailing us at info@amberflowers.ca and receive a store credit. After the 2 hours however, you can only request a change depending on the nature of your product.
